The true value of a business enterprise can only be determined when the market or industry has been researched to identify suitable parties to a potential transaction. Our marketing & research approach achieves the best price and business advantages for our clients.

We use modern research and marketing techniques to understand our client’s business, and to locate companies that have a corporate synergy. We then determine whether or not these companies have an interest in buying, selling or merging. When we have identified potential parties to a transaction, we use broad financial data (net assets, sales turnover, gross profit, net profit, client profile) to assess whether or not both party’s price expectations can be matched realistically.

We retain strict client confidentiality throughout the process. We will not divulge client information until we have determined

(a.) a genuine interest in buying/selling/merging, (b.) that potential exists to agree on a sale price, and (c.) that sufficient financial resources are available to complete the potential transaction.
